My name is Martina and I am a fully qualified Clinical and Sports Massage Therapist based in Nutley, East Sussex, helping busy professionals who are tired of living with discomfort such as ongoing neck and shoulder pain. Through personalised massage treatment I help reduce pain and tension so my clients can feel more comfortable, move more freely and feel calmer so they can get back to focusing on the things that matter most.

I am fully trained in Clinical and Sports Massage for treating numerous ailments and injuries, however you don't need a specific problem to treat yourself to a massage session. Massage is great for keeping you in top shape for sports and work as well as for mental revitalisation and recovery.
