I am a fully qualified Clinical and Sports Massage Therapist based in Nutley, East Sussex, helping busy professionals who are tired of living with discomfort such as ongoing neck and shoulder pain. Through personalised massage treatment, I help reduce pain and tension so my clients can feel more comfortable, move more freely and feel calmer so they can get back to focusing on the things that matter most.

Originally from the Czech Republic I began my working life as a nurse before moving to the UK over 11 years ago. It was here that I discovered my passion for massage therapy. Since then I have continued to develop my knowledge through extensive training, allowing me to offer treatments tailored to each individual's needs.

My qualifications include Clinical and Sports Massage Therapy (Level 4), Myofascial Release, TMJ (jaw pain) treatment, Oncology Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Kinesiology Taping (Kinesio UK and RockTape UK), Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation (IASTM), and Equine Sports Massage Therapy.

Although I have worked with people from a wide range of sporting backgrounds, many of my clients are also professionals whose work, stress, or long hours leave them with persistent neck and shoulder tension, headaches, stiffness, or postural discomfort. My aim is not just to ease symptoms, but to help them feel more like themselves again.

Coming from a horsey background I also enjoy working with horse riders. Helping riders improve their comfort, mobility and balance which can make a real difference both in and out of the saddle. 

Treatments take place in my private relaxing treatment studio in Nutley, East Sussex. This is ideally located for clients from Uckfield, Crowborough, East Grinstead, Haywards Heath and the surrounding areas.
