Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist, Qualified Equine Sports Massage Therapist, Kinesiotaping qualifications with Kinesio UK and Rock Tape UK, certificate in IASTM.

​I am a fully qualified Sports Massage and Deep Tissue Massage therapist providing a range of treatments for sport, lifestyle or occupational injuries, aches and pains. 

I began my working life as a nurse in the Czech Republic but moved over to the UK 11 years ago where I realised my passion for massage. Over this time, I have completed numerous training qualifications in a variety of techniques, today, specialising in Sports Massage, Kinesiotaping and Deep Tissue Massage.

I have treated people from many sporting backgrounds, including football, rugby, badminton, golf and many more. Ensuring that they are in the best shape to get back out on winning form. 

I also specialise in workplace injuries having treated a wide range of working professionals from police officers to builders to managers sitting at a desk all day. Not only is massage great for treating injuries or dealing with aches and pains, it is also proven to reduce stress and improve mental state.

Coming from a very horsey background, I really enjoy treating horse riders and helping them to stay straight and supple in order to get the best out of their horse. I am also qualified in Equine Sports Massage which gives me the ability to work with both horse and rider to ensure that you, as a partnership are in the best shape to achieve what you would like to achieve.

I am based in Nutley, East Sussex near Uckfield with treatments taking place in my own relaxing and private treatment room. However, I am also available to attend sports events or training for on the day sports massage therapy treatment in all areas in the South East including East Grinstead, Crowborough and Haywards Heath.
